摘要
农业结构调整是一项复杂的系统工程,需要循序渐进推进相关制度建设。通过简单阐述农业结构调整制度保障现状,分析农业结构调整环境保障制度存在的问题,提出相应对策,以期为相关理论研究提供借鉴。
Agricultural structural adjustment is a complex systematic project, which needs to promote the related system construction step by step. By simply expounding the present situation of agricultural structure adjustment system guarantee, analyzing the existing problems of agricultural structure adjustment environment guarantee system, and putting forward corresponding countermeasures, so as to provide reference for related theoretical research.
