酒泉市小沟村乡风文明建设现状研究

Study on the Construction Actuality of Rural Civilization in Xiaogou Village of Jiuquan City

为更好地推动小沟村乡风文明建设,实现文化富村强村,采用发放问卷和结构性访谈的方法,实地调研酒泉市小沟村乡风文明建设状况。调查显示,小沟村乡风文明建设存在农民思想观念保守、农民生活方式单一、农民道德规范有待加强、农民参与度不高的问题。分析小沟村乡风文明建设存在问题及原因,提出建议:应大力发展村经济,吸引农民回流;发挥基层组织作用,丰富农民精神生活;重视宣传教育功能,加强农民思想道德建设;调动多元力量,推动乡风文明建设。

In order to further promote the revitalization of culture in Xiaogou Village, realize the cultural prosperity and strength of the village. questionnaires and structured interviews were used to investigate the rural civilization construction of Xiaogou Village. According to the survey result, local social civility construction still exist the problems such as: farmers’ conservative ideology, single lifestyle, and their moral norms need to be strengthen, also the degree of participation in this area is low. The local government should vigorously promote the development economy to attract more farmers come back;give play to the role of primary-level organization to enrich the spiritual life of farmers;attach great importance to the function of publicity and education, strengthen the ideological and moral construction of farmers;mobilize diverse forces to promote the construction of rural culture and civilization.
