提升空巢老人健康水平路径探究——以四川省绵阳市为例

我国已进入老龄化社会,空巢老人作为老年人中的特殊群体,健康情况整体低于普通老人群体,为实现“成功老龄化”目标,需对该群体实施科学干预。绵阳地区空巢老人饮食习惯及健康状况具备一定地域特征,本文通过分析绵阳空巢老人健康状况,提出提升空巢老人健康水平的路径,具有一定现实意义。

China has entered an aging society. As a special group of the elderly, the health status of empty nesters is generally lower than that of ordinary l elderly. In order to achieve the goal of "successful aging", it is necessary to implement scientific intervention for this group. The eating habits and health status of emptynesters in Mianyang have certain regional characteristics. This paper analyzes the health status of emptynesters in Mianyang and puts forward the path to improve their health level.
