Study on the Ideological and Political Education in Extracurricular Practice of Food Majors under the New-Engineering Background

基于乡村振兴战略,以大学生课外实践为载体,开展立德树人理念下的新工科食品类专业课程思政探索。将大学生课外实践与乡村振兴战略相结合,通过大学生创新创业训练、大学生“三下乡”社会实践,培养他们的服务意识、爱国敬业精神、社会责任感、人文科学素养以及专业素养,对于乡村振兴具有重要意义。实现培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的协同育人目的。

This paper aims to explore the education on ideology and politics of new-engineering’s food majors based on the Rural Revitalization Strategy, using foster virtue through education as the guideline, taking the extra-curricular practice of college students as the carrier. Through the innovation and entrepreneurship training and the social practice of Going to Rural Area, college students are trained to cultivate their sense of service, patriotism and dedication, social responsibility, as well as the scientific and humanistic qualities and professional skills. It is of great significance to combine extra-curricular practices of college students with the Rural Revitalization Strategy, and achieve the cooperative education goal of cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round education.
