乡村振兴战略下东西部协作校企双元育人模式的构建

Study on the Construction of East-West Cooperation School-Enterprise Dual Education Mode under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴战略下,职业教育类校企双元育人模式能促进产教融合,推进人才培养与产业创新的有机衔接,有利于全面提高教育质量、促进创业就业、实现经济发展。通过分析校企双元育人在职业教育人才培养中的作用,总结毕节职业技术学院东西部协作校企双元育人模式存在的问题以及实践经验,以期服务于西部乡村振兴战略的人才培养。

Under the rural revitalization strategy, the dual education joint mode of the schools and enterprises,which promote the integration of industry and education,which accelerate the organic connection between talent training and industrial innovation,which can comprehensively improve the quality of education,which promotes entrepreneurship, employment and economic development. By analyzing the role of schools and enterprises in talent training, this study summarizes the problems existing in Bijie Vocational and Technical College, and provides reference for talent training of rural revitalization strategy.
