摘要
目的 探讨大学生创业意愿不同影响因素的权重关系。方法 通过对江苏省5所高等院校1 180名在校大学生的调查研究,从个体层面切入,将大学生创业意愿影响因素划分为个体背景经历、个体自我效能和个体人格特质3个维度,并归纳出9个正向影响因素,利用层次分析法对各个因素进行权重赋值。结果 研究发现个体层面影响创业意愿的因素由强到弱是:个体自我效能>个体人格特质>个体背景经历,领导能力效能>外倾性>人力资源管理效能>开放性>家庭因素>产品创新效能>责任心>创业实践>创业教育。结论 本研究为开展分层次、差异化的创新创业教育提供了客观有效的数据支撑。
Objective To explore the weight relationship of different influencing factors of college students′ entrepreneurial intention. Methods A surveys of 1 180 college students from five universities in Jiangsu Province was conducted. The influencing factors are divided into three dimensions from the individual level : individual background, individual self-efficacy, and individual personality traits. Nine positive influencing factors are then summarized and weight is allocated to each of them by the Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method.Results The conclusion of the factors affecting entrepreneurial willingness at the individual level, goes to these two sequences according to their weights: individual self-efficacy > individual personality traits > individual background experience. Furthermore, leadership effectiveness > extroversion > human resource management effectiveness > openness > family factors > product innovation effectiveness > responsibility > entrepreneurial practice > entrepreneurship education. Conclusion The research findings provide objective and effective data support for multilevel and differ entiated innovation and entrepreneurship education.
