摘要
目的 了解河北省某大学大学生群体孤独感的现状并探讨大学生群体中孤独感与自尊、社会支持的相关关系以及社会支持是否可以预测孤独感水平。方法 采用孤独感量表、自尊量表和社会支持量表对250名大学毕业生进行问卷调查。结果 河北省某大学大学生孤独感程度偏高,自尊与孤独感之间呈正相关(r=0.563,P<0.01);社会支持和孤独感之间则呈负相关(r=-0.456,P<0.01);社会支持的3个维度中,主观支持(r=-0.421,P<0.01)、客观支持(r=-0.144,P<0.05)以及支持利用度(r=-0.419,P<0.01)与孤独感之间呈负相关;社会支持可以预测孤独感水平(t=-8.079,P<0.01)。结论 大学生孤独感处于较高水平;且与大学生自尊和社会支持密切相关;与主观支持、客观支持以及支持利用度之间均存在密切关系;大学生社会支持可以预测孤独感水平。
Objective To understand the loneliness experienced by college students and the relationship between loneliness and self-esteem, and whether social support can predict loneliness. Methods Loneliness,self-esteem and social support scales were used to assess 250 college graduates in Hebei, China. Results A high degree of loneliness was identified among college students. There was a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and loneliness(r=0.563, P<0.001) and a significant negative correlation between social support and loneliness(r =-0.456, P <0.001). The three dimensions of social support-subjective support(r =-0.421, P<0.001), objective support(r=-0.144, P<0.05) and support utilization(r=-0.419, P<0.001) are negati-vely correlated with loneliness. Social support was shown to predict loneliness levels(t=-8.079, P<0.001).Conclusion College students′ sense of loneliness is high. This sense is closely related to college students′self-esteem;social, subjective, and objective support and the degree of utilization of social support. The degree of college students′ social support can predict their loneliness level.
