厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪片在原发性高血压中的效果观察

Effect Observation of Irbesartan Combined with Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in Essential Hypertension

目的:厄贝沙坦与氢氯噻嗪片联合应用在原发性高血压中的效果观察。方法:选择2021年1月-2022年1月廊坊市霸州市疾病预防控制中心82例原发性高血压患者作为本次研究对象,根据患者个人意愿进行分组,其中包括单一组(41例)与试验组(41例),单一组患者进行临床单一厄贝沙坦治疗,试验组患者在单一组患者治疗基础上联合氢氯噻嗪片治疗,两组患者经临床治疗后,观察患者临床治疗效果、血脂水平、血糖水平、心功能指标以及治疗前后血压水平。结果:试验组患者总有效率高单一组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后血糖、甘油三酯以及血总胆固醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患者治疗后室间隔舒张末期厚度、左心室后壁厚度均降低,且降低程度大于单一组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者左心室射血分数水平高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者6 min步行试验距离优于治疗前,且多于单一组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组舒张压和收缩压水平低于单一组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于临床单一用药治疗,予以原发性高血压患者厄贝沙坦与氢氯噻嗪片联合治疗,可显著改善患者心功能、血压水平,对提高临床治疗效果具有重要意义。

Objective:To observe the effect of irbesartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide tablets in essential hypertension.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2022,82 patients with essential hypertension were selected from Bazhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Langfang City,as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into groups according to their personal willing,including a single group(41 cases)and the experimental group(41 cases).The single group received clinical treatment of irbesartan alone,and the experimental group received hydrochlorothiazide tablets on the basis of the single group.After clinical treatment in two groups,the clinical treatment effects,blood lipid levels,blood glucose levels,cardiac function indicators,and blood pressure levels before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood glucose,triacylglycerol and total blood cholesterol levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the end-diastolic thickness of ventricular septum and the thickness of left ventricular posterior wall in the experimental group were reduced,and the degree of reduction was greater than that in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction in the experimental group was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the 6-min walking test distance in the experimental group was better than that before treatment and longer than that in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with clinical treatment of single drug,the combined treatment of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets in patients with essential hypertension can significantly improve the cardiac function and blood pressure level of patients,which is of great significance to improve the clinical treatment effect.
