布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎患儿的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Budesonide Atomization Inhalation in Treatment of Children with Pneumonia

目的:研究小儿肺炎患儿行布地奈德雾化吸入的临床效果。方法:选取阳东区妇幼保健院2019年2月-2020年2月收治的300例小儿肺炎患儿,按照随机数表法分为常规组和观察组,各150例。常规组给予雾化吸入氨溴索治疗,观察组给予雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,比较两组患儿用药前后肺功能、炎性因子指标以及治疗效果。结果:用药后,两组用力肺活量、第1 s用力呼气容积及呼气峰值流速指标高于用药前,且观察组用药后高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。炎性反应用药后,两组白介素-6、白介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α及干扰素-γ指标低于用药前,且观察组低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.3477,P=0.0207)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎能提高疗效,确保用药合理性,值得借鉴。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of budesonide atomization inhalation in children with pneumonia.Methods:A total of 300 children with pneumonia treated in Yangdong District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into routine group and observation group by random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with atomization inhalation of ambroxol and the observation group was treated with atomization inhalation of budesonide.The pulmonary function,inflammatory factor indexes and treatment effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After medication,the indexes of forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in 1 s and peak expiratory flow rate in the two groups were higher than those before medication,and the observation group was higher than the routine group after medication,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After medication for inflammatory reaction,the indexes of interleukin-6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor-αand interferon-γin the two groups were lower than those before medication,and the observation group was lower than the routine group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.3477,P=0.0207).Conclusion:Budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of children with pneumonia can improve the curative effect and ensure the rationality of medication,which is worthy of reference.
