疏肝解郁胶囊联合艾司西酞普兰治疗卒中后抑郁的效果

Effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule Combined with Escitalopram in Treatment of Post-Stroke Depression

目的:观察疏肝解郁胶囊联合艾司西酞普兰治疗卒中后抑郁的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月在江门市新会区第三人民医院住院治疗的50例卒中后抑郁患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各25例。对照组给予艾司西酞普兰治疗,研究组给予艾司西酞普兰联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、汉密尔顿焦虑状态量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁状态量表(HAMD)评分、日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者HAMA、HAMD、ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卒中后抑郁患者予以艾司西酞普兰联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗,可显著提升临床效果,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升其日常生活能力,且不良反应较少。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with escitalopram in the treatment of post�stroke depression.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,50 patients with post-stroke depression who were hospitalized in the Jiangmen City Xinhui District Third People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.Contrd group was treated with escitalopram,and the study group was treated with escitalopram and Shugan Jieyu capsules.The treatment effect,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,Activities of Daily Living(ADL)score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HAMA,HAMD and ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Escitalopram combined with Shugan Jieyu capsules in the treatment of post-stroke depression can significantly improve the clinical effect,relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients,improve their daily living ability,and have fewer adverse reactions.
