抗癌膏穴位贴敷结合耳穴贴压对中晚期肺癌患者肿瘤标志物及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Acupoint Application of Anticancer Ointment Combined with Ear Acupoint Sticking on Tumor Markers and Sleep Quality in Patients with Middle and Advanced Lung Cancer

目的:探讨抗癌膏穴位贴敷结合耳穴贴压对中晚期肺癌患者肿瘤标志物及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年4月-2021年5月南通大学附属医院收治的70例中晚期肺癌患者,采取奇偶数法分为两组,各35例。对照组行常规化疗及护理,观察组在此基础上行抗癌膏穴位贴敷结合耳穴贴压治疗,对两组干预结果进行评价。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组血清标志物水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组各血清标志物水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中晚期肺癌患者而言,抗癌膏穴位贴敷结合耳穴贴压疗效确切,在降低肿瘤标志物水平、改善睡眠质量方面有积极作用,有较好的应用前景。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupoint application of anticancer ointment combined with ear acupoint sticking on tumor markers and sleep quality in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:A total of 70 patients with middle and advanced lung cancer who were admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from April 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases each by odd and even number method.The control group received conventional chemotherapy and nursing care,and the observation group received anticancer ointment acupoint application combined with ear acupoint sticking on this basis.The intervention results of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in serum marker levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the levels of serum markers in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of anticancer ointment combined with ear acupoint sticking application is effective in patients with middle and advanced lung cancer.It can actively reduce the level of serum tumor markers,and improve the quality of sleep in patients.It has good application value.
