扶阳助胃汤剂辅助治疗对脾胃虚寒型Hp感染慢性胃炎患者PGⅠ、PGⅡ的影响

Effect of Fuyang Zhuwei Decoction Adjuvant Therapy on PG I and PG II of Hp Infected Chronic Gastritis Patients with Spleen-Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

目的:探讨扶阳助胃汤剂辅助治疗对脾胃虚寒型幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染慢性胃炎患者胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)和胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)的影响。方法:选取2020年5月-2021年10月绍兴市中心医院医共体马鞍分院收治的86例Hp感染慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组予以常规治疗和扶阳助胃汤,比较两组患者相关指标。结果:治疗后,观察组PGⅠ以及PGⅡ水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组炎性因子表达水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行扶阳助胃汤剂辅助治疗脾胃虚寒型Hp感染慢性胃炎患者,疗效确切,不仅能缓解患者的痛苦,还能降低复发率,且远期预后相对较好,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Fuyang Zhuwei Decoction adjuvant therapy on pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ)and pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ)in patients with chronic gastritis infected with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)due to spleen-stomach deficiency cold type.Methods:From May 2020 to October 2021,86 patients with Hp infected chronic gastritis who were admitted to the Shaoxing Central Hospital Medical Community Maan Branch were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Contrd group were given routine treatment,and the observation group was additionally given routine treatment and Fuyang Zhuwei Decoction.The related indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of PGⅠand PGⅡin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the expression levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuyang Zhuwei Decoction adjuvant therapy for patients with Hp infected chronic gastritis due to spleen-stomach deficiency cold type has an exact curative effect.It can not only relieve the pain of the patients,but also reduce the recurrence rate,and the long-term prognosis is relatively good,which is worthy of clinical application..
