人性化护理在晚期血吸虫病患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Humanized Nursing in Patients with Advanced Schistosomiasis

目的:探讨人性化护理在晚期血吸虫病患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年3月江西省瑞昌市疾控中心收治的60例晚期血吸虫病患者作为研究对象,按信封法随机分两组,各30例。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者给予人性化护理,对比两组临床疗效、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果:研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对晚期血吸虫病患者进行人性化护理干预,效果显著,可有效提高临床疗效及护理满意度,改善患者生活质量,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective:To explore the application value of humanized nursing in patients with advanced schistosomiasis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with advanced schistosomiasis admitted to Ruichang City Center for Disease Control and Prevention from May 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the random envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the study group were given humanized nursing.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing intervention for patients with advanced schistosomiasis has significant effect,it can effectively increase clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
