基于健康小屋的综合健康管理在社区高血压防控中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Health Management Based on Health Cabin in Community Hypertension Prevention and Control

目的:评估基于健康小屋的综合健康管理干预在社区高血压患者防控工作中的使用情况。方法:将2018年4月-2019年9月孝感市疾控中心慢病科诊治的78例社区高血压患者作为研究对象,运用抛硬币方式分为两组,各39例。试验组执行基于健康小屋的综合健康管理干预对策,参照组执行常规健康管理干预对策。比较两组知晓健康知识情况、遵医行为良好情况、健康管理效果满意情况。结果:试验组知晓健康知识率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.523,P=0.033);试验组遵医行为良好率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.129,P=0.042);试验组健康管理效果满意率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.014,P=0.025)。结论:在社区高血压患者防控工作中开展基于健康小屋的综合健康管理干预对策,有较好管理服务效果。

Objective:To evaluate the use of comprehensive health management interventions based on health cabin in the prevention and control of hypertension patients in the community.Methods:A total of 78 community hypertension patients diagnosed and treated in Department of Chronic Diseases,Xiaogan Center for Disease Control and Prevention from April 2018 to September 2019 were included as the subjects.Using coin toss method,the patients were divided in two groups with 39 cases in each group.The comprehensive health management intervention countermeasures based on the health cabin were given in the test group,and the conventional health management intervention countermeasures were implemented in the reference group.The mastery of health knowledge,good compliance behavior,and satisfaction of health management effects were compared.Results:The rate of mastering health knowledge in the test group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.523,P=0.033);the rate of good behavior in the test group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.129,P=0.042);the satisfaction rate of health management effects in the test group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.014,P=0.025).Conclusion:Comprehensive health management interventions based on health cabin in the prevention and control of hypertension patients in the community show better management services.
