持续质量改进在疾控中心微生物检验中的应用效果

Application Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement in CDC Microbiological Testing

目的:分析疾控中心微生物检验工作采取持续质量改进措施的应用效果。方法:选择2020年1月-2021年12月隆安县疾病预防控制中心微生物检验标本200份(即从业人员健康体检相关微生物标本、食品中微生物标本及生活饮用水中微生物标本)作为研究对象,其中包括2020年1-12月纳入的100份微生物检验标本(对照组,此阶段管理采取常规方法),2021年1-12月纳入的100份微生物检验标本(研究组,此阶段管理采取持续质量改进),将两组管理效果展开对比分析。结果:研究组管理内容、管理方法、管理途径、管理形式及整体管理质量评分结果高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组从业人员健康体检相关微生物标本检验达标率、食品中微生物标本检验达标率、生活饮用水中微生物标本检验达标率统计结果均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过运用持续质量改进管理手段,能够有助于促进疾控中心微生物检验工作的顺利开展,其整体管理质量更优,管理效果更加突出。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of continuous quality improvement measures in the microbiological testing work of CDC.Methods:A total of 200 microbial test specimens from Long'an County Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2020 to December 2021(that is,microbial specimens related to health examinations of employees,microbial specimens in food,and microbial specimens in drinking water)were selected as the research objects,including 100 microbiological test specimens included from January to December in 2020(control group,routine management was adopted at this stage)and 100 microbiological test specimens included from January to December in 2021(study group,continuous quality improvement was adopted at this stage).The management effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The management content,management method,management approach,management form and overall management quality score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The statistical results of the test compliance rate of microbial specimens related to health examinations of employees and in food and drinking water were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:By using the continuous quality improvement management method,it can help to promote the smooth development of the microbiological testing work of the CDC,the overall management quality is better,and the management effect is more prominent.
