摘要
为研究吡唑醚菌酯在无花果中的残留行为及使用安全性,通过残留田间试验,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪检测残留量并进行膳食风险评估。结果表明:在0.02、0.1和2.0mg/kg添加水平下,吡唑醚菌酯在无花果中的回收率为85%~107%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.5%~3.5%,定量限为0.02mg/kg。吡唑醚菌酯在无花果中的消解动态符合一级动力学方程,在山西和湖南的半衰期为12.4和9.5d。普通人群吡唑醚菌酯的长期国家估算每日摄入量1.22mg,风险商指数为64.6%,表明长期膳食暴露风险属于可接受水平。
In order to study the behavior of pyraclostrobin residue in and safety to fig to evaluate its dietary risk,the relevant field trials were carried out.The residue was detected by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and then the dietary risk was assessed.The results showed that at the spiked level of 0.02,0.1 and 2.0 mg/kg,the recovery of pyraclostrobin in fig ranged from 85%~107%with the relative standard deviation(RSD)of 1.5%~3.5%and the quantitation limit of 0.02 mg/kg.The dissipation of pyraclostrobin in fig fitted to the first-order kinetic equation,and the half-life was found to be 12.4 d and 9.5 d in Shanxi and Hunan Province,respectively.The long-term national estimated daily intake of pyraclostrobin for the general population was 1.22 mg,and the risk quotient index was 64.6%,indicating that the risk of long-term dietary exposure is acceptable.
