摘要
目的通过对手术室新护士转型冲击的现状进行调查,分析手术室新护士在转型过渡阶段存在的问题和影响因素,为预防其转型冲击提供依据。方法便利抽样法选取山东省6个城市的10所三级甲等医院工作的236名手术室新护士为研究对象,采用新护士转型冲击评价量表对其进行调查。结果手术室新护士转型冲击总分为(95.87±16.45)分,得分率为71.0%。年龄、学历、周工作时间,可以解释手术室新护士转型冲击总变异的50.3%(均P<0.05)。结论手术室新护士转型冲击水平较高,且受到年龄、学历、周工作时间等因素影响;建议手术室管理者应关注新护士转型冲击表现,合理采取干预措施,降低其转型冲击水平。
Objective To investigate the status quo of transition shock among the newly graduated nurses in operating rooms,and to discover the problems and its influence factors in the transformation process.Methods 236 newly graduated nurses in operating rooms of 10 tertiary A hospitals in Shandong province were selected by the convenience sampling method and a questionnaire survey was conducted using the Transition Shock of Newly Graduated Nurse Scale(TSNGNS)to analyze the total score and its influencing factors.Results The total transition shock score of newly graduated nurses in operating rooms was(95.87±16.45)with the rate as 71.0%.The transition shock influencing factors of newly graduated nurses in operating rooms were age,education and working hours per week,which accounted for 50.3%of the total variation of the transition shock(all P<0.05).Conclusions The degree of transition shock of newly graduated nurses in operating rooms was at a high level and were influenced by many factors such as age,educational background,and working hours per week.Administors in operating rooms should pay attention to the impact of the transition shock and take reasonable intervention measures to diminish the impact of the transition shock.
