乌克兰中文教育发展问题探讨

Discussion on the Development of Chinese Education in Ukraine

以中乌两国政府代表签署建交联合公报、乌克兰第一所孔子学院成立、乌克兰与中国签署参与“一带一路”建设的双边议定书三大历史事件为时间节点,概述乌克兰中文教育发展基本情况,系统分析其快速发展的四大成因及所面临的两大挑战,并提出多渠道发展西部地区中文师资,充分发挥孔子学院对乌高校中文专业建设的助力作用等发展对策,以期为国际中文教育提供参考。

Taking the three historical events of the signing of the joint communique on the diplomatic relations between China and Ukraine, the establishment of the first Confucius Institute in Ukraine and the signing of the bilateral protocol between China and Ukraine to participate in the construction of the “Belt and Road” as the time nodes, this paper summarizes the basic situation of the development of Chinese education in Ukraine, systematically analyzes the four major causes of its rapid development and the two major challenges faced, and puts forward some development countermeasures such as multi-channel development of Chinese teachers in the western region, and giving full play to the role of Confucius Institutes in the construction of Chinese majors in Ukrainian colleges and universities, in order to provide reference for international Chinese language education.
