摘要
根据师范专业认证标准的要求,依托教育研习与合作实践课程的建设,重构符合本科生基础知识、能力、认知水平等发展特点的教师教育培养模式,探索研究型实践性教师教育培养操作路径,以期为师范生培养提供理论与实践整合的方法,为其创新能力的发展提供平台。
According to the requirements of normal professional certification standards, this paper relies on the construction of educational research and cooperative practice courses, reconstructs teacher education mode that corresponds with the characteristics of undergraduates’ development in their fundamental knowledge, ability and cognitive level, and explores the operational path of research-oriented practical teacher education mode, in order to provide a method of integrating theory and practice for the cultivation of normal students and a platform for the development of their innovative ability.
