摘要
进入21世纪以来,高校已改变了过去以扩大规模和拓展空间为主要特点的外沿式发展模式,转向以注重提高质量和优化结构为核心的内涵式发展。“双一流”战略的启动更是为地方高校的跨越式改革发展提供了全新的发展机会。建设“双一流”高校的新使命也对高校思政教师队伍建设提出了更高的要求,需要在推进“双一流”建设的新形势下,进一步分析高校思政课教师队伍现存的问题,继而探索出一条适合其发展的特色路径。
Since the beginning of the 21 st century, colleges and universities have changed the external development model characterized by expanding scale and expanding space in the past, and turned to the connotative development centered on improving quality and optimizing structure. The launch of the “Double First-Class” strategy has provided a new development opportunity for the leap-forward reform and development of local colleges and universities. The new mission of building the “Double First-Class” colleges and universities also puts forward higher requirements for the construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities. It is necessary to further analyze the existing problems of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities under the new situation of promoting the construction of “Double First-Class”, and then explore a characteristic path suitable for its development.
