课程思政背景下新时代小学教师人文阅读缺失与能力提升路径 被引量:2

摘要 新时代、新格局、新理念对小学教师专业发展提出了新要求。今年,教育部印发了《中华优秀传统文化进中小学课程教材指南》和《革命传统进中小学课程教材指南》两个文件,文件中涉及经典篇目、人文典故、科技成就、艺术与特色技能及革命文物、遗址、纪念场馆等相关知识。教师作为知识的传递者需不断阅读相关资料,才能满足教学新需求和课程改革新目标。实现课堂改革目标一定要让小学教师先受教育,受过中国传统文化及革命传统文化洗礼的教师,才会将它们作为“思政元素”自然融入学科教学内容中,使学生在潜移默化中受到熏陶。但现阶段“思政元素”融入教学的效果不佳,因为小学教师存在阅读意识淡薄、阅读和书写缺乏广度与深度、书香氛围不足、展示阅读平台单一化等问题,无法达到课程思政的预期效果。因此,要从唤醒读好书、经典著作的意识,激发小学教师广泛阅读与用心写作,营造书香氛围,促进阅读均衡性发展等方面出发,提高小学教师的阅读能力,为进一步提升小学教师的育人能力做好准备。 In the new era, the new world pattern and concept put forward new requirements for the professional development of primary school teachers. This year, the Ministry of Education issued two documents, Guide to the Introduction of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture into Primary and Secondary School Curriculum Teaching Materials and Guide to the Introduction of Revolutionary Tradition into Primary and Secondary School Curriculum Teaching Materials. The documents involve relevant knowledge such as classics, humanistic allusions, scientific and technological achievements, art and characteristic skills, revolutionary cultural relics, sites and memorial venues. As the transmitter of knowledge, teachers need to constantly read relevant information to meet the new needs of teaching and the new goal of curriculum reform. To achieve the goal of classroom reform, primary school teachers must be educated first, and teachers baptized by Chinese traditional culture and revolutionary traditional culture will naturally integrate them as “ideological and political elements” into the subject teaching content, so that students can be influenced imperceptibly. However, at this stage, the effect of integrating ideological and political elements into teaching is not good, because primary school teachers have weak reading consciousness, lack of breadth and depth of reading and writing, lack of scholarly atmosphere, and simplification of display reading platform, which cannot achieve the expected effect of curriculum ideological and political education. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the reading ability of primary school teachers and prepare for further improving the educational ability of primary school teachers from the aspects of awakening the awareness of good reading and classic works, stimulating primary school teachers’ extensive reading and careful writing, creating a scholarly atmosphere and promoting the balanced development of reading.
