提高小学教师心理健康水平的策略研究

摘要 随着我国教育事业的不断发展和进步,教师从主导者身份变成引导者身份,对教师教学水平提出了更高的要求,教师心理压力逐渐增加。为了缓解教师心理压力,各所学校开始组织教师心理健康培训活动,以此提高教师心理健康水平,进而为学生营造良好的学习环境。同时,相关部门根据教师心理健康具体情况,设计出具有针对性的培训方案,使教师更好地参与到学习中。基于此,重点探究如何提高小学教师心理健康水平,结合大量参考资料,给出具体的提高策略。 With the continuous development and progress of education in China, teachers have changed from the dominant identity to the introductory identity, which puts forward higher requirements for teachers’ teaching level. Therefore, teachers’ psychological pressure is gradually increasing. In order to alleviate teachers’ psychological pressure, schools began to organize teachers’ mental health training activities, so as to improve teachers’ mental health and create a good learning environment for students. At the same time, relevant departments should design targeted training programs according to the specific situation of teachers’ mental health to make them better participate in learning. This paper focuses on how to improve the mental health level of primary school teachers. Combined with a large number of reference materials, this paper puts forward specific improvement strategies.
