摘要 OBE教学理念注重对教育成果的强化。职业院校应围绕新时代人才培养需求,面向产教融合及校企合作做好部分教育问题的分析,并在充分汲取OBE教育精华的同时,建立完善教育评级体系,提升职业院校多元化教育对接能力,弥补教师教育创新不足,使职业院校能以OBE教育理念为基础,进一步做好对新时代产教融合及校企合作教育生态的构建。 OBE teaching concept focuses on the enhancement of educational achievements. Vocational colleges should focus on the needs of talent training in the new era, analyze some educational problems for production-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation, fully absorb the essence of OBE education, establish and improve the education rating system, enhance the ability of diversified education docking in vocational colleges, make up for the lack of teacher education innovation, so that vocational colleges can be based on the concept of OBE education, and further do a good job in the construction of education ecology of production-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation in the new era.
