摘要
堆场区是集装箱码头的核心区域之一,负责集装箱的堆存以及与内、外部集卡交接箱,按照生产运营需要对堆场分区域设计、精细化设计,使其结构设计经济合理,将直接影响工程建设成本和运营效果。本文简要介绍了在天津港智能化集装箱码头设计过程中,根据堆场总体布置和荷载要求,从集装箱堆场、ARMG轨道基础及道路三个不同角度进行结构设计,在满足使用要求的前提下节省了工程建设投资。码头运营后情况良好,并可为同类建设工程提供借鉴经验。
As one of the cores of container terminals,the yard is used for storing and transferring containers through container trucks.Current production and operation require a regional and elaborate design of yard because economic and reasonable structural design will lead to low construction cost and good operation effect.In the project of intelligent container terminal of Tianjin port,general layout is combined with load requirements to carry out structural design from the aspects of container yard,ARMG track foundation and road.The design plan lowers the construction investment on the premise of operation requirements being satisfied.The terminal runs well and can serve as a reference for similar projects.
