摘要 为提升本港区物流周转速度、广度、专业度,多式联运是提升和保障服务水平的关键路径,它是一个系统工程,既要贯穿于港口的规划、设计、建设的各个环节,又要贯穿于港口经营、管理和服务的全过程。而海运转铁路,由港口铁路集疏港又是多式联运中最为环保、高效的一环,具有极高的研究价值和落地需求。本文以日照港建设“国际领先的智慧港口”的行动为实例,围绕铁路集疏港中新型牵车系统——储能型电动牵车系统的首次应用实践,探讨并展望港口智慧化进程中技术、管理的升级。 In order to improve the speed,breadth and professionalism of logistics turnover through the port area,multimodal transport becomes a key path.As a systematic works for improving and ensuring service level,it runs through not only port planning,design and construction,but also entire process of port operation,administration and service.Among them,sea-railway transfer plus cargo-storage-distribution by port railway is the most environmentally friendly and efficient part,characterized with extremely high research value and urgent need.Based on real action by Rizhao Port to build an international leading smart port,more attention is paid to the first application of electric energy-storing traction locomotive in cargo-storage-distribution by port railway,complete with the discussion and prospective for the upgrading of technology and management in the development of intelligent port.
