摘要
分析了激光粒度分析仪进行颗粒分析时的实验过程,可采用一定量土样浸泡煮沸后加入少量4%浓度的六偏磷酸钠,调至“糊状”,并搅拌均匀后再进行试验。研究土颗粒分析试验中参数设置与样品处理方式对试验结果的影响,并通过与密度计颗粒分析法对比,得出以下结论:激光粒度分析试验方法相比于密度计法,其砂粒与粘粒含量增大,增大标准值分别为4.69和9.55;粉粒含量减小,减小标准值为13.54。另外,通过线性拟合建立了相应的规律性公式,为实际的工程应用提供支持。
The experimental process of laser particle size analyzer is analyzed as followed.A certain amount of soil sample is soaked,boiled,added with a small quantity of sodium hexametaphosphate with 4%concentration,and stirred to smooth paste before soil particle analysis test.The following conclusion is made by studying the influence of parameter setting and sample treatment methods on the test results,and by comparing with the densimeter particle analysis method,the laser particle analysis method requires increased content of sand and clay,with the the standard values of 4.69 and 9.55.powder content is decreased,with the standard value of 13.54.In addition,the corresponding regularity formula is established by linear fitting,which supports engineering practice.
