摘要
教育学经过几百年学科式发展遇到困境,而它所长期模仿的科学即将发生范式转换,教育研究需要转向为个体成长服务。集成人学教育观是大量实地调查与实践基础上的感悟,集成人学教育论则是基于感悟的理论建构。集成人学教育论选择以人为本的价值取向,以集成方式探索教育学理并认识真实生活中的个体,以探索个体在其中健全成长为目标,设立假定,谋求有效改进;试图从个体天性出发培养理想社会建设者;从创建良性共同体出发通过共建共治共享成长健全个体。集成人学的教育研究选择问题导向,筛选出关键问题组成的点阵,再对教育这一巨复杂系统连续体中的关键问题进行集成式探究。集成形成新式信息结构,常识—原理—专门方向研究和个性化集成,尽力实现教育理论探索、方法选择和技术操作的一体化,从而尽可能实现更多的人的天性充分成长。
It has been hundreds of years since pedagogy established as a discipline.However,it encounters difficulties since the discipline of science it imitates for a long time is about to undergo a paradigm shift,therefore the educational needs of a learner-centered society should to be meet.The concept of integrated people-oriented education is based on a lot of field investigations and practices,and the theory of integrated people-oriented education is a theoretic construction based on the concept.The theory of integrated people-oriented education chooses people-oriented value orientation,explores educational theories in an integrated way,and aims to explore the healthy growth of individuals in real life.It needs to establish assumptions and seek effective improvements continuously,cultivate the ideal builders of society according to their respective natures,and foster healthy individuals through joint construction,joint governance and sharing in creating a benign community.Integrated people-oriented education is also problem-oriented,it screens out the problem matrix and then conducts an integrated exploration of the key problems in the complex continuum of education.Integration helps to form a new information structure,which is common sense-principle-special direction research-individualized integration.In the integration of educational theory exploration,method selection and technical operation,the full growth of human nature is expected to be realized.
