开放甲状腺手术切口瘢痕最小化综合改良技术的临床应用效果

Clinical Study on Comprehensive Improvement Technique of Minimizing Scars in Open Thyroid Surgery

目的探讨应用多种综合改良技术达到开放甲状腺手术切口瘢痕最小化的临床效果。方法选取200例甲状腺肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统手术方法,观察组采用甲状腺切口瘢痕最小化综合改良技术。手术后对患者进行随访,术后根据术腔引流量、拔除引流管时间、国际常用瘢痕评分标准(温哥华瘢痕量表)和患者满意度进行效果评价。结果观察组术后术腔引流量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);拔除引流管时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。经过术后1周~6个月的随访,术后患者切口瘢痕评分观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后切口患者满意度观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开放甲状腺手术应用切口瘢痕最小化综合改良技术,美容效果好,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying a variety of comprehensive improvement techniques to minimize the scar of open thyroid surgery incision.Methods 200 patients with thyroid tumors were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group used traditional surgical methods and the observation group used thyroid incision scarring to minimize comprehensive improved techniques,follow-up of patients after surgery,postoperative evaluation of the clinical application of this study according to the internationally used scar scoring standard(Vancouver Scar Scale)and patient satisfaction.Results After 1 week to 6 months of follow-up,the incision scar score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction group of postoperative incision patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Open thyroid surgery using comprehensive improved technique of incision scar minimization has good cosmetic effect and high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
