CTP与PWI技术在鼻咽癌患者临床诊断中的应用价值

Application Value Analysis of CTP and PWI Technology in Clinical Diagnosis of Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的探究CTP与PWI技术在鼻咽癌患者临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取鼻咽癌患者137例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组69例采用PWI技术进行诊断,对照组68例采用CTP技术进行诊断。将2组患者的颅底部位影像学诊断结果和鼻咽部影像学诊断结果作为诊断的评价指标。结果观察组患者的鼻咽部部位的检出率为53.62%,明显高于对照组的26.47%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的颅底部位的检出率为23.20%,显著高于对照组的8.82%(P<0.05)。结论将PWI用于鼻咽癌患者诊断,与CTP比较,可明显提高鼻咽癌的检出率及颅底各区域的检出率,突出显示鼻咽癌的病症原发灶。

Objective To explore the application value of CTP and PWI in the clinical diagnosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 137 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma which were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.69 cases in the observation group were diagnosed by PWI technology,and 68 cases in the control group were diagnosed by CTP technology.The cranial base imaging diagnosis results and the nasopharyngeal imaging diagnosis results of the observation group and the control group were used as diagnostic evaluation indicators.Results The detection rate of the nasopharyngeal part of the observation group was 53.62%,which was higher than the 26.47%of the control group significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the detection rate of the base of the skull of the observation group was It was 23.20%,which was significantly higher than 8.82%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PWI for the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,compared with CTP,can increase the detection rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and the detection rate of each area of the skull base,highlighting the primary lesions of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
