息肉切除术治疗早期结直肠癌对患者血清中CEA、IL-2、MMP-2以及MMP-9水平的影响

Effects of Polypectomy on Serum Levels of CEA,IL-2,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in Patients with Early Colorectal Cancer

目的探究息肉切除术治疗早期结直肠癌对患者血清中CEA、IL-2、MMP-2以及MMP-9水平的影响。方法选取早期结直肠癌患者104例为研究对象,采用实时荧光定量PCR反应(RT-qPCR)实验和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别在mRNA水平和蛋白水平检测早期结直肠癌患者息肉切除术治疗前后血清中CEA、IL-2、MMP-2和MMP-9的转录水平和蛋白水平。结果息肉切除术治疗后,CEA、MMP-2和MMP-9的mRNA水平明显下降,IL-2的mRNA水平略微上升,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。息肉切除术治疗后,患者血清中CEA、MMP-2和MMP-9的蛋白水平明显下降,IL-2的蛋白水平略有上升,与治疗前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论息肉切除术治疗早期结直肠癌后,患者血清中的CEA,MMP-2以及MMP-9在mRNA水平和蛋白水平上均有明显下降,IL-2在mRNA水平和蛋白水平上均略有上升。

Objective To investigate the effects of polypectomy on serum levels of CEA,IL-2,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in patients with early colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 104 patients with early colorectal cancer were selected as the research subjects.The transcriptional levels and protein levels of CEA,IL-2,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in serum of patients with early colorectal cancer before and after polypectomies were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)at mRNA and protein levels,respectively.Results After polypectomy,the mRNA levels of CEA,MMP-2 and MMP-9 were significantly decreased,while the mRNA level of IL-2 was slightly increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After polypectomy,the protein levels of CEA,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in serum were significantly decreased,while the protein level of IL-2 was slightly increased,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After polypectomy for early colorectal cancer,the mRNA and protein levels of CEA,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in serum were significantly decreased,while the mRNA and protein levels of IL-2 were slightly increased.
