摘要
研究铺层芳纶1414安全头盔用复合材料的性能。以芳纶1414织物为增强体,环氧树脂E⁃51和聚醚胺230按4∶1的质量比组成树脂体系,研究含胶量和织物层数对复合材料弯曲性能和冲击性能的影响规律。结果表明:复合材料的弯曲强度随着含胶量的增大呈现先增大后减小,随着织物层数的增大而增大;含胶量在41%和42%时,复合材料的弯曲性能较好。认为:在含胶量为42%且织物为15层时,复合材料的冲击性能最好。
Properties of laminated aramid 1414 composite material for safety helmet were studied.Aramid 1414 fabric was taken as reinforcement resin system,epoxy resin E-51 and polyetheramine 230 in a mass ratio of 4∶1,influence law of glue content and fabric layer on bending property and impact property of the composite material were studied.The results showed that bending strength of the composite material was increased first and then decreased with the increase of glue content,while bending strength of the composite material was increased with the increase of fabric layer.When the glue content was 41%and 42%,bending property of the composite material was better.It is considered that impact property of the composite material is the best when the glue content is 42%and fabric layers are 15.
