摘要
企业文化是企业发展的基础性力量。推进新时代我国中小企业文化塑造,可从三个维度进行把握:从价值意蕴来看,中小企业文化塑造既有助于企业适应时代发展要求,又有利于推动中小企业高质量发展,也有益于促进新时代企业文化的形成;从核心要义来看,中小企业文化应是弘扬企业家精神、科学精神与工匠精神的高度统一,可极大丰富新时代我国中小企业文化的内涵;从实践路径来看,中小企业文化塑造可从加强价值引领、积极营造文化氛围、自觉进行文化建设等角度具体展开。
As an important part of the private economy, small and medium-sized enterprises are a new force in the development of the national economy and society.While it acts as the main force in ensuring the market stability and promoting the employment of residents, and plays an important supporting role in promoting high-quality economic development. As China enters a new development stage, it is urgent to strengthen the cultivation of small and medium-sized enterprises culture and entrepreneurial spirit, stimulate the endogenous power of enterprise development, and achieve the sustainable and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the overall situation of the great rejuvenation strategy of the Chinese nation and the unprecedented changes in the world in a hundred years, promoting the cultural shaping of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is an inherent requirement for enterprises to actively adapt to the development needs of the times, achieve high-quality development of enterprises, and build corporate culture in the New Era. In the context of building a new development pattern and building a modern economic system, vigorously promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship, science and craftsmanship can inject new connotations and values into the cultural shaping of China′s small and medium-sized enterprises in the New Era. However, in-depth promotion of the cultural construction of small and medium-sized enterprises is a long-term and arduous systematic project, which not only involves the main behavior of corporate culture shaping, but also the external environment of corporate culture shaping. It can be promoted from three aspects: based on the ideological level, value leading should be effectively strengthened;at the social level, a cultural atmosphere need to be actively created;at the enterprise level, cultural construction should be consciously established.
