摘要
地理信息系统(GIS)技术是目前制作专题图的有效工具,广泛应用于电子地图制图业务。本研究首先梳理了GIS制图的主要流程和关键技术,进而以“天地图北京”专题图制作为例,制作了常规版配图、影像版配图、灰色版配图和极夜版配图四种专题图,总结了使用GIS制图的技术要点和优势,包括符号随属性变化动态显示、地图要素叠加分层快速处理和不同地理信息的共享交换等。本研究希望为GIS快速制图提供借鉴,并促进地图制图技术进步发展。
Geographic information system(GIS)technology is an effective and extensive tool for making thematic maps at present.This study analyzed the main process and key technologies of GIS mapping,and then takes"Map World·Beijing"as an example to produce four thematic maps:conventional version,image version,gray version and polar night version.It summarized the technical points and advantages of GIS mapping,including the dynamic display of symbols with attributes,the superposition and hierarchical rapid processing of map elements,and the sharing and exchange of different geographic information.This study provided reference for GIS mapping and promote the development of mapping technology.
