摘要
以结球生菜为供试材料,设4个处理(CK,不施用任何肥料;T_(1),常规施肥处理;T_(2),常规施肥减施40%化肥处理;T_(3),生物有机肥替代40%化肥处理),研究生物有机肥部分替代化肥对结球生菜生长、产量和品质的影响。试验结果表明,T_(3)处理提高了结球生菜的株高和叶展,显著高于CK和T_(2)处理;在品质上,T_(3)处理比T_(1)处理的可溶性糖含量有所提高,VC含量显著提高,硝酸盐含量则显著降低;产量方面,T_(3)>T_(1)>T_(2)>CK,T_(3)比CK、T_(1)和T_(2)的增幅分别为14.17%、10.77%、5.11%。综上,认为生物有机肥替代40%化肥处理(T_(3))不仅能够有效提高结球生菜的株高、叶展和产量,而且对提高结球生菜的可溶性糖和VC含量、降低硝酸盐含量有显著效果,能有效改善结球生菜的品质。
Taking spherical lettuce as the test material,four treatments(CK,no fertilizer;T_(1),conventional fertilizer;T_(2),conventional fertilizer with 40%reduction of chemical fertilizer;T_(3),bio-organic fertilizer instead of 40%chemical fertilizer)were set to study the effects of bio-organic fertilizer partially replacing chemical fertilizer on the growth,yield and quality of spherical lettuce.The results showed that compared with CK and T_(2),T_(3)treatment significantly increased the plant height and leaf spread of spherical lettuce.Compared with T_(1),T_(3)could significantly increase the content of soluble sugar content and VC,and significantly reduce the nitrate content.In terms of yield,T_(3)>T_(1)>T_(2)>CK.Compared with CK,T_(1)and T_(2),the yield of T_(3)was increased by 14.17%,10.77%and 5.11%,respectively.It was concluded that the treatment of bio-organic fertilizer replacing 40%chemical fertilizer(T_(3))could not only effectively improve the plant height,leaf spread and yield of spherical lettuce,but also significantly increase the soluble sugar and VC contents and reduce the nitrate content of spherical lettuce.It could effectively improve the quality of spherical lettuce.
