摘要
采用水热法制得一种尖晶石型MgCo_(2)O_(4)海胆状电极材料,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)以及电化学工作站对产物进行了表征和电化学性能测试。通过改变所制备材料的水热反应时间,制备出团簇结构、分布较均匀以及密集度较高的MgCo_(2)O_(4)海胆状形貌。结果表明,当水热反应时间为6 h时所获得的MgCo_(2)O_(4)电极材料结构较为完善、尺寸较为均匀、电化学性能较为优异,而且在电流密度为1 mA/cm^(2)情况下,面积比电容高达6.75 F/cm^(2)。另外,对该MgCo_(2)O_(4)海胆状材料在20 mA/cm^(2)的电流密度下循环1000周次后,面积比电容保持为原来的88.4%,表现出良好的循环性能。
A spinel type of urchin-like MgCo_(2)O_(4)electrode material was obtained by facile hydrothermal method.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and electrochemical performance of the products was tested by electrochemical workstation measurements.By changing the hydrothermal reaction time,cluster structure,uniform distribution,together with high density of urchin-like MgCo_(2)O_(4)material can be synthesized.The results show that as the hydrothermal reaction time reaches 6 h,the structure of MgCo_(2)O_(4)electrode material is relatively perfect,its size is more uniform,and the electrochemical performance is better.Furthermore,at a current density of 1 mA/cm^(2),area specific capacitance reaches up to 6.75 F/cm^(2).Additionally,the specific capacitance is maintained at 88.4%after 1000 cycles at the current density of 20 mA/cm^(2),showing good cycle performance.
