摘要
针对化学链气化利用含铜电镀污泥制备载氧体,使用XRD和BET探究含铜电镀污泥灰载氧体的晶体结构、孔结构确定最佳制备条件;使用XRF、ICP-MS和TGA分析筛选后载氧体的元素组成、循环稳定性及对纺织印染污泥(DS)热解的作用;在不同载氧体和DS质量比、不同气化温度下进行DS固定床气化实验.结果显示,850℃下焚烧8 h的含铜电镀污泥灰(850CuES8)物相成分稳定,比表面积较大,载氧体活性成分含量高,有着较好的反应活性和循环稳定性,能有效加速DS热解;在850CuES8与DS质量比为1,气化温度950℃时DS固定床气化碳转化率可达82.91%、有效气产量0.24 m^(3)/kg、总气体产量0.40 m^(3)/kg.
Copper-containing electroplating sludge(CuES)was used to prepare oxygen carrier(OC)for chemical looping gasification(CLG).XRD and BET were used to investigate the crystal structure and pore structure of CuES ash OCs.XRF,ICP-MS and TGA were used to investigate the elemental composition and redox behavior of the selected OC and its effect on textile dyeing sludge(DS)pyrolysis.The influence of OC and DS mass ratio and reaction temperature on the CLG of DS was investigated.The results show that CuES incinerated at 850℃for 8 h(850CuES8)exhibits a large specific surface area,stable phase composition and high active component content.850CuES8 exhibits good reactivity and redox behavior,it can significantly promote DS pyrolysis.When the mass ratio of 850CuES8 to DS is fixed at 1 and the reaction temperature is 950℃,the carbon conversion can reach 82.91%,and the valid gas yield and gas yield can reach 0.24 m^(3)/kg and 0.40 m^(3)/kg,respectively.
