榆树坡矿5号煤首采面底板突水危险性分析及防治技术 被引量:2

摘要 榆树坡煤矿5号煤层首采面5105工作面为带压开采工作面,且工作面内部发育多条断层,在回采期间发生底板奥灰突水事故的可能性较大。因此,为了实现该面安全带压开采,在回采前,采用综合物探方法探查构造发育区及富水异常区,并采用底板超前预注浆工艺加固隔水层,改造含水层。实践表明,通过底板注浆治理工艺,该面实现了安全带压开采,取得了良好的经济效益,为矿井及周边带压开采矿井提供经验借鉴。 The No.5105 face, which is the first mining face of No. 5 coal seam in Yushupo Mine, is a mining face under pressure, and there are many faults in the working face. The possibility of water outburst from Ordovician limestone in the floor during mining is large. Therefore, in order to achieve the safe mining under pressure of this face, before the mining of this face, the comprehensive geophysical exploration method was used to explore the structural development area and the water abundance anomaly area, and the floor advanced pre-grouting technology was used to strengthen the aquifuge and transform the aquifer. The practice showed that through the floor grouting control process, the face achieved safe mining under pressure, and obtained good economic benefits, which provided experience for the mine and surrounding mines under pressure.
