摘要
华阳集团开元矿15401工作面的带式输送机存在跑偏现象,为解决这一问题,提高带式输送机的运行效率,减少投入,根据工作面实际情况对跑偏现象进行分析,决定将原有的皮带张紧装置改为机尾拉伸式张紧系统。实践表明,张紧装置改进后,15401工作面皮带跑偏现象予以消除,改造效果良好。
The belt conveyor of No. 15401 Face in Kaiyuan Mine of Huayang Group has deviation phenomenon. In order to solve this problem, improve the operation efficiency of the belt conveyor and reduce investment, the deviation phenomenon is analyzed according to the actual situation of the working face. It is decided to change the original belt tension device to the tail tension system. Practice shows that after the improvement of tension device, the belt deviation of No. 15401 Face is eliminated, and the transformation effect is good.
