摘要 以本桓宽高速公路宽甸支线大中桥梁方案设计为例,对型钢组合梁在山区高速公路大中桥梁中的应用进行深入研究。阐述了桥梁设计的原则、设计标准,将型钢组合梁与空心板、小箱梁、矮T梁、T梁进行全寿命周期比选。型钢组合梁具有耐久性好、预制方便、易于标准化生产和施工、便于运输、吊装、综合造价较优等特点,适用于山区高速公路大中桥方案设计。 Taking the scheme design for the large and medium-sized bridges in Kuandian branch line of Benxi-Huanren( Kuandian) expressway as an example,the application of the section steel composite beam in large and medium-sized bridges of expressways in mountainous area is deeply studied. The design principles and design standard of bridges are elaborated,and the whole life cycle of the section steel composite beam is compared with that of hollow slab,small box beam,low T-beam and T-beam. The section steel composite beam has the characteristics of good durability, convenient prefabrication, easy standardized production and construction,convenient transportation,hoisting and excellent comprehensive cost. It is suitable for the scheme design for the large and medium-sized bridges of expressways in mountainous area.
