摘要
依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012),分析了双剪法检测板式橡胶支座抗剪弹性模量的不确定度来源,建立了测量模型,对试验室环境、试验机测力系统、试验机位移测量系统、支座胶层总厚度、支座有效承压面积导致的不确定度进行了分项评定,计算了合成和扩展不确定度,分析了各不确定度来源的影响程度,阐述了评定过程中的注意事项及不确定度结果的应用。
According to the Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty( JJF 1059. 1-2012),the source of uncertainty in testing the shear elastic modulus of laminated rubber bearing by double shear method is analyzed,and the measurement model is established. The uncertainties caused by laboratory environment,force measuring system of testing machine, displacement measuring system of testing machine, total thickness of laminated rubber layer and effective bearing area of bearing are evaluated separately,the combined and expanded uncertainties are calculated,the influence degree of the source of various uncertainties is analyzed,and the matters needing attention in the evaluation process and the application of uncertainty results are elaborated.
