摘要 为解决桥梁桥墩偏位、支座滑移问题,根据桥梁设计上对支座的性能需求,研发了ZSY-QZ系列坡度自适应球型支座。与传统支座相比,坡度自适应球型支座通过改变结构形式、使用新型滑板材料、加大支座转角、调整限位方式来提高支座力学性能和转动性能。该种坡度自适应球型支座已在辽宁省高速公路高墩纠偏应急处理项目中得到应用,应用效果良好,验证了其功能,作用明显。 In order to solve the problems of bridge pier deflection and bearing slip,the self-adaptive spherical bearings for slopeof ZSY-QZ series are developed according to the performance requirements of bearings in bridge design. Compared with the traditional bearing,the mechanical and rotational properties of the self-adaptive spherical bearing for slope are improved by changing the structural form,using new sliding plate materials,increasing the bearing angle and adjusting the limit mode. The self-adaptive spherical bearing for slope has been applied in the emergency treatment project of high pier rectification of expressways in Liaoning province. The application effect is good,its function is verified,and the effect is obvious.
