摘要
饮食类非物质文化遗产作为我国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,是文旅融合背景下旅游资源开发的重要来源。饮食类非遗与旅游融合发展可形成为吃而游、因游而吃的良好文旅生态循环,进而实现饮食类非遗和旅游产业的双赢局面。本文在饮食类非物质文化遗产内涵的基础上,分析中国饮食类非遗与旅游融合发展现状,探索中国饮食类非遗与旅游融合发展策略,旨在借助文旅产业发展推动中国饮食类非遗文化的保护与传承。
As an important part of China’s excellent traditional culture,food intangible cultural heritage is an important source of tourism resource development under the background of cultural and tourism integration.The integrated development of dietary intangible cultural heritage and tourism can form a good cultural and tourism ecological cycle of eating for the sake of eating and eating for the sake of travel,thereby realizing a win-win situation between the dietary intangible cultural heritage and the tourism industry.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of food intangible cultural heritage,this paper analyzes the current situation of the integration of food intangible cultural heritage and tourism in China,explores the integration development strategy of Chinese food intangible cultural heritage and tourism,and aims to promote the protection and inheritance of China’s food intangible cultural heritage with the development of cultural tourism industry.
