一种香蕉醋发酵过滤装置的设计

摘要 为实现快速高效滤除香蕉醋生产过程中产生的各种杂质,提高香蕉醋产品质量,特此设计了一种香蕉醋发酵过滤装置,可以实现香蕉醋的发酵过滤功能。对原有发酵设备改动小,增设的过滤装置结构和工作原理简单,采用触摸屏实现人机交互,操作方便,能实现过滤、排渣、清洗全程自动化,节约人力,提高生产效率,同时也可以作为专门的小型过滤装置使用,适用范围广。 In order to quickly and efficiently filter all kinds of impurities produced in the production process of banana vinegar and improve the quality of banana vinegar products,a banana vinegar fermentation and filtration device is designed,which can realize the fermentation and filtration function of banana vinegar.The original fermentation equipment is changed little,the structure and working principle of the additional filtration device are simple,the touch screen is used to realize human-computer interaction,the operation is convenient,and the whole process automation of filtration,slag discharge and cleaning can be realized.It can save manpower and improve production efficiency.At the same time,it can also be used as a special small filtration device with a wide range of application.
