互联网食品安全监管的现状、困境与优化对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,我国在互联网食品安全监管方面进行了积极有效的探索。然而,随着经济全球化、信息化进程的加快以及网络技术的迅猛发展,互联网已成为影响人们日常生活的重要因素之一。与此同时,网络食品质量安全问题也越来越突出,并引发社会各界广泛关注。因此,如何构建科学完善的互联网食品监管体系已经迫在眉睫。本文以“互联网+”为背景,从分析目前我国互联网食品安全存在的主要问题出发,提出相应的解决措施,以及对提升我国互联网食品安全监管水平提供理论借鉴和实践指导。 In recent years,China has actively and effectively explored the internet food safety regulation.However,with the acceleration of economic globalization and informationization and the rapid development of network technology,the internet has become one of the important factors that affect people’s daily life.At the same time,the network food quality and safety issues have become increasingly prominent,and caused widespread concern in the community.Therefore,how to build a scientific and perfect internet food supervision system has been imminent.Based on the background of“Internet+”,this paper analyzes the main problems of food safety on the Internet in China at present,and puts forward some corresponding solutions,as well as to promote China internet food safety supervision level to provide the theory reference and the practice instruction.
