液相色谱质谱联用仪测定动物源性食品中21种杀菌剂残留量的方法研究

摘要 本文建立了一种同时测定生乳、奶粉及牛肉中21种杀菌剂(含代谢物)的液相色谱-串联质谱的方法。21种化合物在相应的浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均在0.995以上,该方法定量限为2.0μg·kg^(-1),目标化合物的回收率达到70.0%~120.0%,相对标准偏差≤10%。该方法灵敏度高,检测结果准确度高,适用于生乳、奶粉及牛肉中21种杀菌剂的同时检测。 A method by using High Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)for determination of 21 kinds of fungicide residues was developedin this paper.The result showed that,in proper concentration range,the peak area in the chromatography and the mass concentration of the corresponding fungicide in different animal-origin foods were in good linearity with the correlation coefficients higher than 0.995.The threshold of the detection was reach to 2.0μg·kg^(-1).The overall recoveries were between 70.0%~120.0%,and the RSD was within 10%.The method was found to be accurate and sensitive with a good reproducibility and suitable for the confirmation and quantified analysis of 21 kinds of synthetic pigments in cereals and their products.
