摘要 本文研究了QuEChERS-GC-ECD法测定不同蔬菜中多种农药残留基质效应的情况,分析7种蔬菜中13种农药在不同农药浓度及不同基质浓度情况下基质效应的表现。结果表明,基质效应强弱与农药及蔬菜种类有关;农药添加浓度对于基质效应较强的农药有所影响;基质浓度对大多数农药无显著影响。 This paper studied the matrix effects of various pesticides in different vegetables determined by QuEChERS-GC-ECD.The matrix effects of 13 pesticides in 7 vegetables at different pesticide concentrations and different matrix concentrations were analyzed.The results showed that the strength of matrix effect was related to the types of pesticides and vegetables.The concentration of pesticides had an effect on the pesticides with strong matrix effect.Matrix concentration had no significant effect on most pesticides.
