食物浪费成因及对策的调查分析——以成都市为例

摘要 随着经济工业化和快速城市化的不断快速推进,食物污染浪费严重问题正日益凸显,在餐饮领域产生的食物浪费状况尤为突出。本文从消费者视角,利用AMOS、SPSS等软件,引入TPB模型,对餐饮领域的食物浪费现象展开研究和分析,根据具体食物浪费成因,提出减少食物浪费的针对性建议,以期为反食物浪费在餐饮行业的有效落实提供思路。 With the continuous and rapid progress of economic industrialization and rapid urbanization,the serious problem of food pollution and waste is becoming increasingly prominent,especially in the food and beverage field.In this paper,from the perspective of consumers,AMOS,SPSS and other software were used to introduce TPB model to study and analyze the food waste phenomenon in the field of food waste.According to the causes of food waste,specific suggestions to reduce food waste were put forward in order to provide ideas for the effective implementation of anti-food waste in the catering industry.
