职业学校食堂菜肴质量调查及提升策略研究

摘要 科学合理的膳食搭配是为人体提供活动所需营养物质的前提。职业学校学生作为国家未来一线生产人才,提高其在校期间的膳食营养搭配极为重要,不仅能够有效促进学生的身心健康发展,同时也可以保证学生更好投入到学习活动中。为此,本文采用线上问卷调查的方式,针对职业学校学生在校期间的营养物质摄入情况展开了研究。进而在此基础上提出了合理的校园食堂膳食设计,并针对食堂工作提出了相关建议,希望能够以此提高职业院校的菜肴质量,并更好地满足学生营养摄入需求。 Scientific and reasonable dietary collocation is the premise of providing nutrients for human activities.As the national front-line production talents in the future,it is very important for vocational college students to improve their diet and nutrition during school,which can not only effectively improve the physical and mental health development of students,but also ensure that students can better participate in learning activities.To this end,the text uses the online questionnaire survey to study the nutritional intake of vocational college students during their school years.On this basis,this paper puts forward a reasonable meal design of campus canteen,and puts forward relevant suggestions for canteen work measures,hoping to improve the quality of dishes in vocational colleges and better meet the nutritional intake needs of students.
