摘要
针对目前市面上常见高压点火装置产生的电脉冲信号干扰大、非标准脉冲信号的问题,提出了一种高压点火电脉冲信号处理方法。将电脉冲信号通过放大模块、光耦模块、非门模块、D触发器模块并在PCB板进行相关抗干扰处理,最终达到将高压点火装置产生的电脉冲信号处理为标准电脉冲信号的目的。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效消除高压点火电脉冲信号中包含的干扰信号、并能够将高压点火电脉冲信号整形为标准脉冲信号。
Aiming at the problem that the electric pulse signal generated by the common high-voltage ignition device has large interference and it is not a standard pulse signal,a high-voltage ignition electric pulse signal processing method is proposed.Pass the electrical pulse signal through the amplifier,optocoupler,NOT gate,and D trigger,and perform relevant anti-interference processing on the PCB,and finally achieve the purpose of processing the electrical pulse signal generated by the high-voltage ignition device into a standard electric pulse signal.The experiment show that this method can effectively eliminate the interference signal contained in the high-voltage ignition electrical pulse signal,and the high-voltage ignition electrical pulse signal could be turn to a standard pulse signal by this method.
