航空保障装备电学参数通用校准装置设计

摘要 综合运用PXI总线技术、自动控制技术和信号处理技术,集成数字多用表、函数信号发生器和标准电阻等多种板卡,设计了内部接口适配模块和测量附件,基于LabVIEW采用模块化的层次式架构设计了以虚拟仪器为核心的系统软件,实现了多参数、宽量程、高准确度、通用化和小型化的电学通用校准装置。系统标定和测量不确定度评定表明,典型测量点的测量不确定度达到0.002%(k=2),结果表明该装置具有便携性强、准确度高的特点,可满足保障设备电学参数现场校准需求。 PXI bus technology,automatic control technology and signal processing technology are used to integrate many kinds of card such as digital multimeter,function signal generator and standard resistance into the device.The internal interface fitting module and the measuring attachment are designed.Based on LabVIEW,the system software based on virtual instrument is designed with modular hierarchical architecture.Multi-parameter,wide-range,high accuracy,universal and miniaturized universal electrical calibration devices are designed and implemented.The system calibration and measurement uncertainty evaluation show that the measurement uncertainty of 10 V measurement points is 0.002%(k=2).The application results show that the device has the characteristics of portability,high accuracy and versatility.It can meet the need of on-site calibration of electrical parameters of aviation support equipment.
